Knapp Jewelers offers the following Returns Policy: Merchandise that is the result of manufactured defects can be returned for replacement or exchange. All descriptions are as accurate as possible as well as diamond weight.  Every care is taken to make sure that there are no typographical errors.  However, we cannot be held responsible for these errors but will assure you get the merchandise that is pictured in our storefront.   Returns will not be accepted after the sale unless for the reason stated above.  We offer high quality at affordable prices.  All other returns are based on store policies.
